True healing happens when we go beyond the mind and into the body.

The body holds our deepest experiences - our joys, our pains, our unresolved emotions. When trauma, stress, or conditioned patterns are left unprocessed, they don’t just disappear; they become stored in the nervous system, in the fascia, in the very cells of our being. Over time, the body creates an armour - a protective layer that holds these experiences, manifesting as tension, emotional blocks, or a sense of feeling out of alignment.

My work is a body-led approach to healing and transformation, combining Bodywork, Breathwork, and Kundalini Activation. This unique modality allows you to access and release what has been buried beneath the surface, restoring flow, clarity, and connection to your true self.

The Essence of
My Work

  • Bodywork

Trauma isn’t just a mental imprint – it lives in the body. When we experience stress, fear, or overwhelm, our nervous system responds with fight, flight, or freeze. If this energy isn’t processed, it becomes trapped in the fascia, muscles, and deeper layers of the body, creating tension, pain, and that feeling of being stuck.

Many of these imprints are formed in early childhood, becoming so deeply embedded in us that we don’t even realise we’re carrying them. We might sense that something is holding us back, but we often can't pinpoint it – just a feeling that we’re not living up to our true potential or authentic selves.

Unlike a traditional massage, my approach is rooted in a deep understanding of the body’s interconnected systems – its meridians, fascia, energetic flow, and how emotions are stored within it.

In addition to focused touch and applied pressure, I incorporate somatic embodiment techniques that are tailored to each client. I listen closely to what the body needs, paying attention to where it’s holding tension and what it’s trying to communicate. For some, this means guiding them to drop deeply into their bodies through movement, helping them connect to what they’re truly feeling and allowing the body’s natural wisdom to emerge.

By creating space where energy is blocked, I help the body shift into a place of balance and openness, allowing for a natural flow of healing and release.

  • Breathwork

Our breath is directly connected to the nervous system - when we experience stress or trauma, it becomes shallow and restricted, keeping the body in a state of tension or hypervigilance. Over time, this creates patterns of holding, limiting our ability to fully relax, process emotions, and feel present.

In my sessions, I alternate between active breath - engaging the sympathetic nervous system to activate and mobilise stored energy - and resourcing, a practice that allows the nervous system to settle and integrate. This back-and-forth process teaches the body how to regulate itself, expanding its capacity to move between activation and relaxation with ease.

Using a rhythmic, continuous breath pattern, we bypass the analytical mind and tap into the body’s innate intelligence. Research shows that breathwork can regulate the vagus nerve, lower cortisol levels, and release stored trauma by bringing suppressed emotions and sensations to the surface.

Unlike simple relaxation techniques, this approach actively works with the nervous system to clear energetic blockages and build resilience.

Each session is a deeply intuitive process, allowing you to reconnect with yourself beyond the noise of the mind and access the wisdom stored in your body. Many experience emotional breakthroughs, deep clarity, or a renewed sense of inner balance.

  • Kundalini Activation

Kundalini Activation is a powerful process that works with the body’s life force energy, which resides at the base of the spine. Often visualised as a coiled serpent, this energy holds the potential for deep transformation and healing. When activated, it rises through the body’s energy centres (chakras), clearing blockages and restoring balance.

I facilitate the transmission of this energy through a process that supports the natural flow of Kundalini within your body. This process does not force a Kundalini awakening - rather, it gently clears and opens the energetic channels, allowing your life force energy to rise naturally, in its own time. Any blocks, fears, or stagnant energy that may be preventing your evolution can begin to dissolve, facilitating deep emotional release, energetic recalibration, and a greater connection to your authentic self.

As Shakti Kundalini moves through your system, it can stir emotions, memories, and physical sensations that have been stored in the body. This can lead to spontaneous movements such as shaking, crying, laughing, dancing, or vocalisations. You may feel warmth, tingling, or waves of emotion. Or, you may simply rest in stillness. Sensitivity to this frequency varies, and there is no right or wrong way to receive it.

This work invites surrender, trusting the process, and allowing the energy to flow naturally, creating more space for expansion and flow.

Many people experience intense emotional releases, heightened awareness, and a deep sense of clarity or connection to their higher self.

  • Music

Music is an important part of my sessions. Research shows that sound and rhythm can regulate the nervous system, shift brainwave states, and facilitate deep emotional release. Certain frequencies and vibrations can help access subconscious layers of stored tension, allowing for processing and integration in a non-verbal, somatic way.

In my private sessions (and some group sessions), I use carefully curated music delivered through headphones to help clients drop deeper into their own experience. This creates an immersive space where the mind can quieten, and the body can guide the healing process. Music acts as a bridge between conscious awareness and the deeper layers of the nervous system, supporting emotional release, energetic shifts, and profound inner connection.

What happens at a session?

Each session is unique and flows intuitively based on what your body needs in the moment, but here's a general outline of what you can expect:

We begin by dropping in together and talking about where you're at, what’s going on for you, and what you’re hoping to work through. This conversation helps guide the session and allows us to connect and set the tone. From there, we ground ourselves to bring our awareness into the present moment.

Once we’re settled, you’ll lay down (or sit if that’s more comfortable for you), and we begin breathing in cycles. We alternate between active breathing, which stimulates the sympathetic nervous system, and restorative breathing, which helps activate the parasympathetic nervous system. This pattern supports your nervous system in regulating itself and finding balance. Throughout this process, I remain attentive to your body, tuning in to areas where tension may be held, and providing touch to support the release of any blocks or stagnation.

Depending on your needs and what we’re working through, I may also guide your body into gentle movement, inviting you to remain fully present to the sensations and messages your body is communicating.

Then, if you're not already lying down, I’ll invite you to do so, and I’ll open the field for the flow of Shakti energy, the kundalini life force. This powerful frequency supports the work we’ve already done, helping to clear and integrate what needs to come through.

At the end of the session, I hold space for integration, allowing time for you to share any thoughts or feelings, and together we close the session.

This process typically takes about 90-120 minutes, but it’s tailored to your individual needs and flows according to what’s present for you that day.
