What is KA?

Kundalini Activation is the awakening of your life force energy, a transmission that ignites your energetic, emotional, and spiritual field. It is an inner dance where mind, body, and soul move in harmony, guiding you back to your most authentic essence. This process can bring deep clarity, peace, bliss, inner freedom, and a profound sense of presence.

KA does not force a Kundalini awakening - rather, this transmission gently clears and opens the energetic channels, allowing your life force energy to rise naturally, in its own time. Any blocks, fears, or stagnant energy that may be preventing your evolution can begin to dissolve, creating more space for expansion and flow.

Each experience is unique - some may feel intense physical sensations, spontaneous movement, or emotional release, while others may have a more subtle, inward journey. Sensitivity to this frequency varies, and there is no right or wrong way to receive it.

  • you may feel bliss, inner peace, more at home to yourself and connected to All. This can last for days or weeks after.

  • you may feel a release, stored trauma can leave the body with shaking, moving, trembling in a session.

  • you may find more clarity and have confidence to take action.

  • you may shift your perception and awareness reaching higher states of consciousness.

  • you may release addictions or beliefs that no longer serve you.

  • you may have your divine soul gifts opened or remembered.

  • you may see your past lives and have soul remembrance.

Preparing for a KA Session

Finding inner peace before your session can help ease your journey into surrender. If meditation, yoga, or breathwork are part of your practice, consider weaving them in the day before or the day of your session to nourish your nervous system. A grounded, regulated system allows for a deeper experience.

That said, there’s no pressure to prepare. You can simply arrive as you are.

What to do before a session:

  • Fast for 2-3 hours prior to your session (hydration is fine). If you are breastfeeding or need a little nourishment, a light snack is completely fine.

  • No alcohol for at least 24 hours before your session.

  • If you’ve worked with plant medicine (like Ayahuasca or San Pedro), it's best to wait at least a week before your session.

  • Avoid cannabis or any type of mushrooms the day of the session. It’s best to arrive sober and as clear as possible.

  • No caffeine for 4 hours before the session (cacao is a great option if you need a little something).

  • Set time aside after your session for integration - ground in nature and nourish both your body and your heart.

  • After your session, avoid alcohol for at least 24 hours. If you drink, it will diminish the effects of the energy you’ve worked with. The goal is to integrate the experience with intention, so giving yourself space to settle and rest is crucial for the energy to take root and shift in your life.

This process is all about full surrender. Quiet the mind, trust, and drop into the full presence of your body. The experience might be intense and transformative, or it may be subtle - both are fully OK.

The more you open to this energy, the more your body purifies, self-heals, and activates its infinite potential. Know that there are no guarantees - you will receive not what you want, but what you need.

This work is rooted in Prana Shakti, which is safe for all. If you feel unsure or have any questions, please reach out, and we’ll explore whether a session is right for you.

During a Session

You’ll be invited to lie down on your back with your hands open in a receiving posture, similar to Savasana. You’ll close your eyes and allow the music to guide you. The sound will take you on a journey, opening the space for energy to flow.

I’ll open the field, and as I tune into your frequency, I connect with your chakras and energy centers, moving intuitively to clear any stagnation and restore balance. The energy will flow in the way it is meant to, and your body will respond however it needs.

You may feel spontaneous movement arise - shaking, crying, laughing, dancing, or activating light language. You may feel warmth, tingling, or waves of emotion. Or, you may simply rest in stillness. However the energy moves through you, it is perfect. There is nothing to force, nothing to control. You are held exactly as you are.

As a trauma-informed KA facilitator and somatic therapist, I work in attunement with your nervous system, ensuring that you’re always within your window of tolerance. This process is about safety, trust, and allowing- never about pushing or forcing releases.

When the session comes to a close, I will gently guide you back, holding space for integration and sharing if you feel called. If you have any questions or need support afterward, you are always welcome to reach out to me.

Integration after KA

90% of this work is integration - taking what you’ve uncovered in your KA session and weaving it into your daily life. After a session, the energy is potent, raw, and alive. This is Kundalini Shakti - pure life force, the energy of all creation. And remember, this is your energy. The non-dual current of divine oneness, the fiery pulse of Kundalini.

Revisiting your session mentally and identifying aligned action steps will help anchor these shifts. Pay close attention to synchronicities, the people you encounter, and the invitations life is offering you. Spend time with loved ones, immerse yourself in nature, and allow yourself to experience the magic unfolding. To preserve the integrity of this energetic transformation, avoid alcohol and substances, as they can dull the shifts taking place.

You may feel more sensitive than usual - this is a natural part of the process. Your system is shedding what no longer serves, making space for your full power and potential. Some experience purification symptoms - feeling under the weather, needing deep rest, or moving through emotional waves. Each journey is unique.

Grounding & Integration Practices:

  • Connect with nature - walk barefoot on the earth, swim in natural water, or take a salt bath.

  • Hydrate well - energy work burns minerals.

  • You may feel a headache from third eye activation or neural rewiring.

  • You might feel euphoric, creatively charged, or deeply introspective. Follow your body’s cues. Dance, move, rest - whatever feels right.

I honour and support your process. If you need additional guidance, please reach out.

YOUR NEXT SESSION: WHEN?

There is no over doing it or maximum amount, so this is totally up to you. If you want to do a session once a week or more go for it. If you feel one a month is more your thing, do that. Allow your intuition and energy system guide you.

My journey with KA

I am deeply honored to be a channel for Prana Shakti, the Divine Mother frequency - also known as Shakti Kundalini.

My journey with this energy was gradual yet life-changing. During my first-ever KA session, I experienced something I can only describe as a cosmic dance - every cell of my being vibrating, awakening, and activating dormant parts of myself that had long been waiting to emerge. From that moment, everything changed - my entire way of carrying myself shifted. I felt more embodied, more attuned, and more deeply connected to life itself.

My ability to channel this frequency came through in a completely intuitive way. It became undeniably clear that I was being called to share this divine energy - not just as a recipient, but as a facilitator.

Determined to understand and honour this gift fully, I immersed myself in study. I trained as a facilitator and devoured every piece of knowledge I could find on this energy - its origins, its mechanics, its impact on the body, mind, and soul. My devotion to this path runs deep, and it is my greatest honour to now hold space for others on their own journey with Prana Shakti - guiding them back to their own divine power, healing, and remembrance.
